What happened to Freeport server?

<p>I came back to play after a few months, and my characters were gone. I go to make a new one and noticed all races and classes are unlocked now. Why is that?</p><p>After I'm done making me character I go to the screen name screen and to the right is a list of servers. Freeport is not there so I can't play with my guild. I even try to add them to my friends or message them but it says they don't exist.</p><p>I downloaded the streaming version of the clinet. Will that make a difference from full?</p>
