Red Adorn - Cloaks

<p>Is red adorn cloaks only intended to drop on Challenge Mode DOV content or was DOV: ToS cloak drops suppose to have red adorns on the regular mode cloaks?</p><p>I mean, why drop all of those wonderful cloak, belt, charm adornments all over the regular mode zones to have a limited supply of items you can place them on during regular mode.</p><p>LMK <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

The upgrade from EM to HM is intended to be that way. Don't expect them to give red slots to EM cloaks. They shouldn't; EM loot is good enough.
