After i press play

<p>The game does nothing. The launchpad  closes and goes to desktop and does nothin. The game is running a process but no application. Anyone help me? Was working fine like a month or 2 ago, just tried to log in afer a while and i encounterd this.</p>

<p>Make sure any firewall/antivirus/security suite has been disabled or properly configured to exclude the EQII game files and folder.</p><p>Double check drivers, primarily video card, are up to date as well.  If you need any assistance with getting your PC up to date or making sure that it is, go ahead and post your DXDIAG information for me below, just as much as will fit in a single post starting from the top.  Instructions in my signature.</p>

<p>Here is a thread with the issue we are having with Test with exactly the same problem.  By the way, this issue with Test still is not resolved.</p><p><a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=503532">http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=503532</a></p><p>Can someone PLEASE fix this?  It's pretty irritating to try to test material and have to do this every single time I log onto Test.</p>
