Open wounds, is it really that bad?

<p>I hear/see everyone complaining about how much open wounds needs it dmg increased. my question is how many people use it and look at how much dmg it does, cuz for me even on quick single target fights it does more dmg than most of my other ca's let alone on ae fights.</p><p>just kinda confused because i dont think the ability is that bad yet everyone is always saying how bad it is...</p>

<p>compared to the class defining ability that it was supposed to be pre-level 90, yes it is bad. since we gave up our health/defensive buffs to get the offensive abilities they should scale properly.</p>
