Can not connect to charater screen during log in

<p> I have been trying to login for the past 30 minutes or so. Everytime I click the launcher to connect when I get to the character select screen I only see 4 of the characters that I have created, which is about half of what I have. ALL characters that I can see say that the server is down and will not let me connect to game. I have checked the eq2 web server status at the eq2 web site and it states that all servers are up and running. I have deleted the cache to no avail.</p>

I have deleted the cache to no avail.</p></blockquote><p>You wouldn't happen to be on Butcherblock, would you?  Butcherblock specifically has been down since Midnight and the downtime is expected to be 24 hours as we perform the server hardware upgrades for Butcherblock.</p>
