How do I access the test server?

<p> <span > Loremaster Joined: Jan 9, 2005 Messages: 19 <span >Online</span> </span> <span ><p>I haven't used the test server in a year or so and the instructions in the test server FAQ apparently haven't been updated.  I have no link for the test server in my launchpad window.  I searched under the options window and in the regions dropdown menu but the test server isn't located there anymore.  Any help would be appreciated.  I apologize if this is the wrong forum.</p></span></p>
