Unable to cancel my account

<p>From My Account, when I try to cancel my current game pass, a window pops up and asks if I am sure?  The entire screen is grey, and when I attempt to click "yes," nothing happens.</p><p>Am I doing something wrong?</p>

<p>what browser are you using?</p><p>did you try clearing cookies and cache on the browser?</p>

<p>I do recommend giving it another shot with a secondary browser.  Also, if there is a nearing billing date you may also contact us directly and we can cancel it for you.</p>
