<p>Just curious if anyone else is annoyed with the rebuilds of the new mounts, Sure I enjoy the runspeed, But I use "Steed of the Blazing Sun" which I got for subscribing for a years worth of EQ2. Cool right? It was until I recently start seeing the other 5 Horses that are basically the same with different armor getting 135% runspeed and my Steed getting 130%. What gives? You'd assume a horse with flames shooting out it's eyeballs and red hot coals flinging off it's hoofs would be amongst the fastest. If not the fastest...</p><p>Aside from that, You'd think by a player putting down a year subscription would only make them want to give the player the best of the best? Up my max horse speed! Just blowing hot air. Not like 5% really makes a difference. Although by adding the extra 5% to my horse would make me one happy camper <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>I am pretty sure that all ground mounts are 130%.  I get 135% when I use the stable hand in our GH or another bonus such as a refreshing berry.</p>

<p>SC mounts are 135% what you get for giving them money.  Also SC mounts have stats that not all other mounts in the game have anouther ""benifit"" of giving them more money.</p>

<p>My point exactly, You would assume that Steed of the Blazing Sun would be considered one of those "SC Mounts" seeing as you only get it from buying a years subscription (To my knowledge) Pretty sure you still can't even buy it with SC though I could be wrong.</p>

<p>What's even worse is that the mount that is an extremely rare drop in DoV raid zones--the hardest to get mount in the entire game--is slower in the zones it was intended to be used in than a level 1 horse that can be bought for 16 silver.  And don't say that we can just fly to move even faster--we can't, flying is disabled in all of the zones that this mount was designed to be used in (i.e. raid zones).</p><p>THAT is messed up.</p>
