<p>I can't send you a pm but i have a serious problem here too.</p><p>When i wanted to play i get the red banner in my station account telling me i'm suspended/banned.</p><p>I didn't get any email about this.</p><p>Im a serious player since nov 2004 and have even several accounts and never did anything wrong so can you please explain me what's going on?</p><p>I already did file a support ticket #110813-000744 I hope you can tell me what is going on because this is really frustrating.John</p>
