<p>From the latest update notes:</p><li>Enhance: Shadow Slip now also improves the threat reduction amount of Shadow Slip.</li><p>This is 100% useless change.Threat reduction does nothing what so ever unless you are increasing it by a couple of magnitudes.Instead of changing it to improving the thread reduction, change it to improve the number of Hate Position decreases.-THEN- it would actually serve some use.</p><p>But merely increasing the threat reduction itself does nothing with the DPS numbers now in DoV (heck, it hasn't done jack for YEARS now).</p>
