View Full Version : Returning player on EQ2 Extended, can I recover/use my old account?

<p>Hello EQ2,</p><p>I stopped playing in 2006, but have recently downloaded the free extended release. Back in the day, Skratch, my lvl70 Assassin was kick awesome and I would like to know if I can recover my old account to play on extended with my old toons?</p><p>I was on Runnyeye (mostly) but had toons on several servers.</p><p>Looking forward to hearing from you and returning to EQ2.</p>

Either the TSR here can verify or you can try contacting live chat support and asking</p>

<p>Extended is a separate product so yes you would have to purchase a Character Copy token from the character on the live servers to copy it to the Extended servers.  There is a hefty cost associated with this.</p>

<p>Thank you for the replies guys.</p><p>Joshua,</p><p>I have purchased a 30 day key for EQ2 Live, have logged on but do not have any of  my old toons <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>My main was Skratch, lvl70 Ratonga Assassin on runnyeye.</p><p>Any thoughts?</p>

<p>Runnyeye was merged with Splitpaw a while back.   I do need you to contact our support staff directly since you cannot send me a PM.  We need the Station Name you are looking on and if this character happens to be on another account we will need to verify your ownership first in order to recover it for you.</p>
