Eq2 Wont Launch

<p>Every time i try to run eq2 it scans, redownloads the same file spmic.vpk then i click play, it says its launching the game and nothing happens.</p><p>I havnt played in a very long time and the first time i tried to run it took 14 hours to update. I am very frustrated that i spent the money for a month and now i cant play.</p><p>PLEASE HELP!</p>
