all classes have useless spells / AAs

<p>I've played alot of classes and noticed that there isn't a single class that doesn't have at least 1 or 2 useless spells and AAs.  no, i'm not talking about fluff spells either.  If you're going to fix them, please fix all the other classes also.  thanks</p>
