<p>I contacted SOE yesterday <strong>Question Reference #110805-001642, </strong>to make sure that my subscription would be taken care of via the refer a friend that I had subscribed, and a representative insured me that yes, it would, the day merely had to end before I would see the 30 days game time applied to my main account. </p><p>I recently moved and have switched from a local bank in florida, to a local bank here and have not yet recieved a debit card, so I was counting on this month to be taken care of via the free 30 days of gameplay.  I tried to handle this via email but I get an error message that will not allow me to send it, and having cleared my history, cache, etc etc I still cannot send an email to the support team. </p><p>I would like to have this correct so that I can continue my presence in Norrath this month, and not miss raids etc.  I am also unable to send personal messages on the forum since the account is apparently not subscribed as I was assured it would be!</p><p>Thanks!</p>

<p>Forgot to add I also did not recieve any of the benefits from having the refer a friend paid, such as the mount etc!  I did recieve the XP bonus and ''goto'' feature to help him level!</p>

<p>Please do not bump your threads, it is not allowed with our forum guidelines.  I will always look in to your posts as soon as possible.</p><p>I am not sure what is generating the CAS messaging.  Give me a few to look in to it.</p>
