Old man dave/mechants

<p>About 2 months ago you spawned old man dave and two other merchants. Just wondering if they could be spawned again due to the fact that we have many new people on the server. Also a war rune guy would be awesome.</p>

<p>Yes please do this it would be very helpful to all the newer testers. I would also love a war rune merchant and possibly someone that sells the gear that our raid baubles don't give ( Such as fighter's getting no shield so a merchant with Wall of Impenetrability.
