External Chat not working for Everfrost characters

<p>Same issue as last time - the chat server is not correctly accepting presence messages.  Both the external chat server and the AFK mobile app are affected for people on Everfrost (newly upgraded).</p>

<p>It is the same on Guk as well. No guild chat, no level chat, no raid chat, no custom chanel chats, friends list missing as well. <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/0320a00cb4bb5629ab9fc2bc1fcc4e9e.gif" border="0" /></p><p>Mail not working either grrr</p>

<p>I think its the same for everyone. When i try to guild chat on Splitpaw i get: "client: client error: 201: fatal: undefined"</p>
