Cant send tells cross server from Guk

<p>You can recieve tells from other servers but you cannot send them.</p><p>I logged in on a second account, and a friend was online. Had him send me a tell on guk, recieved the tell. Tried to respond, it said it wasnt a valid name, as in was not online. I asked if he got my tell he said no. Tried this with several people.</p>

<p>I was having issues sending cross-server tells from Everfrost last night so I will make sure this is not a new issue cropping up.  If any troubleshooting is required I will be returning to this thread.</p>
