Psychic Trauma & Time Warp Not Stacking Properly

<p>So when I cast Time Warp and Psychic Trauma on my Illusionist, it doesn't stack as it should.  Only the initial tick of the Psychic Trauma double hits, the rest are all single hits.  Is this as intended or a bug? </p>

<p>Thats because you aren't cating the other ticks of Pyschic Trauma, its already been cast and its not techniqually a "DoT" spell. Its a retroactive detriment placed on a mob that has a percentage to deal damage if it triggers. The only reason the first tick is effected by Time Warp is because thats the initial cast/placement of the detriment.</p><p>Its not broken and doesn't need to be fixed, as a Coercer and Illusionist there are WAY better spells to cast while Time Warp is up.</p>
