Adornment Question

<p>Looking to put adornment on new feet and wrist slot items. Which is better for a ccoercer at 90, magical skill or recovery? Does the bump in subjugation from magical skill help much with mez and roots?</p>

<p>It depends on your other gear, if your recovery is at or near cap then possibly the other EXPECIALLY now that Focus is going to allow movement while casting in the nxt GU.</p><p>I would want recovery/reuse/cast all at 100% before touching the magical skill too...</p>

<p>Thanks for the feeback. Actually, this reminds me of another question I wanted to ask; what is the difference between Reuse Speed and Spell Reuse Speed? My Reuse Speed is at 15.2 and Spell Reuse is at 2.2. Does this mean my spells' recast times are reduced by 17.4%.</p><p>Sorry for what is probably a noob question, but I've never found an explanation for this.</p>
