I've been trying to find info on this but I've not been having much luck (maybe I just suck at keywords).

When I stopped playing a little over a year ago, I had 10 characters under the Station Access plan for ~$30/mo. I saw recently that the plan had cahnged to 20 and I'd been missing my characters here. So I signed up and yet 3 of my characters are still locked.

Does Station Pass not provide the same features it once did to EQ2? Do I really have to spend the extra $10 per character to unlock them? One of them I was planning to play and I can't even access her. I wasn't given a choice of which characters to lock so in order to unlock, it would cost me $30.

Am I missing something?

The new plan does not include them, this is documented in the FAQS. The account was canceled when the change came about

No you are not missing anything, you can do a one time purchase for the extra 3 slots or you can try contacting customer support via chat or phone call to see if anything can be done. Not sure what else can be done

That wording in the FAQ was kinda vague for me. Maybe I found an old FAQ.

Still, not even being given a one time option of choosing which characters I'd like to play... I actually had to delete four of them just so I could get to the one I wanted to play. Three of those that were deleted had Station Cash outfits that I had spent a good deal of money to get. Now that's lost.

LOTRO has a one time event that lets you choose which characters you'd like to keep unlocked if you change from the subscription to free. If I had been offered that here, I would not have lost anything at all.

Your best bet is to contact our support staff directly and calmly present your issue and let us help you resolve it. If you open a support ticket, you can give me the incident number and we'll work together.

Te currect FAQS on the pass is listed in the area that you sign up for it. It is NOT lost, you can contact support via phone or chat and see if they will assist or you can purchase slots

http://www.soe.com/allaccess/

the access the FAQS

http://www.soe.com/allaccess/faq.vm

Check Question # 11

http://www.soe.com/allaccess/faq.vm#Q11
