atm the incombat reg is really sad, with the max pool of mana and hp we have, how about changing all buffs like Brias of bards or reg buffs of enchanter to a Mana over time tick, so it can crit and with critbonus we have it should crit ok to our lvl and our max pool. so the buffs can have a meaning in manadrain fights.

to be sure that the spells wont be overpowered, you can make it so potency will not effect it.

for example

brias 69 manareg would make with 150 cb instead of 69 manareg, 193 mana per tick

or another suggestion.

change the reg to a Maxpool reg, like every reg tick 0.5% or something like that, but everything over 0.5% should be overpowered.

Out of combat your pr regen is already percent based at about 4.5% of your max health or power. They changed and got rid of in combat health regen they really need to do the same with in combat pr regen and i sugested something similar to this in another thread.
