Account - Account Transfer

<p>My wife plans to quit playing soon, which means I'll cancel her account but she wants me to keep her favorite toon at least in case she finds the time once in a while. However, I'm sure what steps I take to get a character transfer from one account to another. How do i start it and what information should i have on hand to make it happen in a timely manner? The ingame transfer is for sever moves only.</p>
