<p>For two nights in a row now, I have been dropped to desktop while working the daily shard quests in DoV. I would love to report the exact circumstances of the crash, but can not due to being dropped completely out of the game. A game of this longevity and alleged stability should not be dropping players completely out of the game and such defects in this point of a game's lifecycle do nothing but erode the support of the long-term players of the game. I wish I could give more details of the circumstances surrounding the drop to desktop, but due to the game locking up completely, all I can say is that my character was attempting to move the keg of coldain spirits when the game crashed to desktop. Such seemingly simple tasks, resulting in the game shutting down completely, do not make for conditions that promote the want to continue playing this game.</p>
