Are both the LaunchPad.exe and Everquest2.exe 'trusted'? Might not resolve your issue but just wanted to toss that in there.

Are you also wireless? Just gonna cover a few of the basics as well. If wireless, is your adapter internal or USB? Have you tried with all of your security software disabled altogether, such as firewalls, antivirus, security suite software etc.

Finally, when your son is not playing at all, can you reproduce the issue?

Hey Joshua,

Yes,both LaunchPad and Everquest2 are 'Trusted'

My son is running the game wireless,I'm running off the same router via a cable

With K.I.S. 2011 disabled it went to char select on the 3rd zoning.

Kaspersky autoamtically turns Windows Firewall off anyway.

Same results when son is not online

Gonna need to look over some of your system a bit more. Can you open a support ticket and attach a DXDIAG and MSINFO file? Let me know the incident number once it is opened.
