is it just to hard for support to put up that servers are down

<p>Support doesn't do it.</p><p>Also, servers can be up, but locked, i.e. firewall access is still down for other reasons, unrelated to EQII.  Many departments, game titles, and moving parts.  We do apologize for the inconvenience but I assure you we do try to keep it as accurate as possible here.</p>
