View Full Version : Forced to leave Sony by a stupid credit card issue

<p>Just got off with sony support. No one seems to be able to tell me why my VISA will not go through. I was on support with SOE while I followed thier directions to subscribe and with my bank to watch for rejections. I filled out the page for the 300th time in a week and viola! rejection! But not from my bank. And no one can seem to figure out why.</p><p>SOE solution was to go down and just buy cards. That is a load of BS. Just to see, I tried my account with RIFT and amazingly it went through. I used my card today at the grocery. I used it at Amazon. And even did an EBAY transaction through paypal with the same card.</p><p>I guess SOE couldn't care less about one single veteren account.</p><p>Oh well. See ya my friends.</p>

(Error: PT-301)</p><p>I've been to the bank and theyve been unable to find anything that would block my purchase.  My subscription needs to be renewed so i cant get into game to petition.  Please help.</p>

<p>Well joshua... You got my hopes up. I have posted my case number and have not heard anything from you. If you are trying or researching or just ignoring me, just post to let me know that something in happening. Tome keeps passing and now I will be kicked from the guild this week. </p>
