<p>Why is my toon locked? I have had him since january 2011. I have one extr slot from the welcome back LON loot card and one I purchased with station cash. There is no reason why this toon should be locked</p>

<p>I just recived a reply on my petition I was told I have 10 characters on my account and could not use Rushin until I bought another slot or deleted a toon? I have only 9 total characters please now what I cant seem to even update my petition?</p>
