Can't take screenshots

<p>I don't seem to be able to take a screenshot without my machine crashing.  I thought at first it must be a problem with my machine but hubby tried it on his machine and it crashed him, too.  Any ideas?</p>

<p>We both have the launcher you linked.  And I've done a full file scan.  Others in game are having the same issue.</p>

<p>Here is a screenshot of the error I am getting when trying to take screenshots. I first noticed the error Tuesday, 7/12, and the last screenshot I have was from 6/22.</p><p> <img src="http://i783.photobucket.com/albums/yy116/dsturner1970/misc/eq2error.gif" border="0" /></p><p>I have tried:</p><p>  - Full File Scan   - Reinstalling Direct X</p><p>My PC is running 32 bit Windows 7.  </p><p>E:live does not exist on my PC.</p>

<p>The screenshot crashing is a known issue that Rothgar acknowledged and says has a fix ready.  It should be in an upcoming hotfix.</p>

<p>there is another thread re this.  Senya, you aren't alone with this crash. I feel bad for you as a decorator, screenshots are a must.</p><p>Still with me 7/19</p>
