<p>I am not able to see what my account entitlements are. Before I had a list of the items I should get based upon the various expansions I bought. I cannot find this info now.</p><p>The really bad part about this is I am missing entitlements. I know that my Shadow Odyssey retail purchase reward of the Ykesan Bear whistle is missing and even though I have a yearly regular subscription to Live, I am only seeing Bronze access to EQ2X. I don't play EQ2X, but I believe I was formerly entitlled to a higher access level.</p><p>Who knows what else is missing or wrong!</p><p>Edit: I finally found the subscription entitlements, but they are not correct.</p>
