Returning Player no toons left?

<p>I was on Nektulos and havent played since 2008, I am trying to use the 45 free day thing to see what the game is like but once I logged in .... my toons arent there..I get the option to create a new toon only.</p><p>Any helo would be appreciated.</p>

<p>make sure he region / language is set correctly on the launcher, if it is not then you will not see your characters</p>

<p>if that doesnt work, make sure that you didnt download the extended version bc your characters wont be there, either.</p>

<p>I had the same problem, however I can see some of my characters but they are still on nektulos server which no longer exists! can't do anything with them. seems like some other characters i had on Kitcor have also just vanished.</p>

<p>Thanks for the help, I figured it out this morning, I had downloaded the extended version launcher. So I installed the regular version and bingo...off to the races I went.</p><p>Thanks</p><p>Ruwin</p>
