Launcher 3.0...

<p>A friend of mine re-subbed, and is using the new launcher. He spent hours installing and downloading the game, get's to 10/11 gigs left of patching, and it suddenly stops. It acts like it's loading but it hasn't moved for about an hour.</p><p>He said it recently went to 10/12 gigs remaining but that's the only change.</p><p>He's running Windows 7</p><p>Played the game on the computer before.</p><p>Running as Admin, no Firewall.</p>

<p>Issues like this are typically caused by firewall and/or antivirus software present and active on the system but it is not the only cause.  There are a few files that may help us indicate what is occurring such as the launchpad.log</p><p>Antivirus software is the most common cause for such an issue.  Your friend can submit his MSINFO in a support ticket and we can look over his services to identify anything that may be causing this issue for you.  Antivirus and firewall are not the only possible causes of such issues.  We will be as thorough as possible.</p>
