<p>Have you bug reported this?  It's not a technical issue I can troubleshoot with you.  /bug it in-game and I will also include it in my reports.</p>

<p>yes, i did.  though, i hear that they are often ignored.  i believe the rumors. i apologize if that offends you, i dont mean for you personally to take offense.  you see, ive become a bit cynical with some of SOE's ummmm ... effectiveness.  perhaps that will change as time passes.  anyway, let me find a long ago thread that i started, /report and /bug it.  nothing has happened.</p><p><a rel="nofollow" href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=502905" target="_blank">http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=502905</a></p><p><strong><em>this forum seems to be the only that gets action with techy problems, which is why i posted both reports here after the /bug.  maybe you guys should make a "BUG" section of the forum.</em></strong></p>

<p>lol.  most of my posts get edits.  they always sound better in my head and then when i re-read them, i think... hmmmm  maybe that needs some further explanation or needs to be cleaned up.  i actually edited that post several times.  i wonder what version you read.</p>
