Erollisi Marr Catch Up

<p>Hello, I've been fairly inactive in EQ2 since 2009, but I did want to check in about my favorite diety, Erollisi Marr.  In the 10 years I've played EQ/EQ2, my mains have always followed Erollisi Marr, Even Rogues/Enchanters in EQ1 that would have been better off Agnostic. </p><p>The last I saw any updates about her in game were in Shard of Love, and a random Valentine's Day quest where really nothing else had happened. </p><p>Has there been any hints about whether she'll be coming back at any point?  I think she's been missing for years at this point (at least that's what it feels like to me).</p><p>Thanks for any updates!</p>

<p><span style="color: #00cc00;">Short info, she took a shot meant for her Brother, apparently died, Brother had a BSOD moment and entombed her essence in a glass coffin in the Shard of love, had the sense beaten back into him by adventurers (possibly a crafter or two as well <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> ) he releases her essence into the shard of love, that is all we know for sure (Whether  she will re-coalesce or dissipate is unknown at this time)</span></p><p><span style="color: #00cc00;">Meanwhile Brother descends on a group of Velium(Ice/Rock/Soil) Icebergs stuffed full of Coldain Dwarves and Rygor Orcs that has wandered into the Frost-fang Sea,  blesses the group of bergs asks the Coldain to rename their town New Halas and sticks a Memorial off the Center of their town, this town later begins to have visitors settlers and pilgrims.</span></p>

<p>though we do know that Drinal (Norrath's grim reaper) apparently never saw Erollisi 'cross over' under his watch. So right now the odds are she'll be back.</p>

<p>Thanks so much, this is awesome!</p><p>My entire home was a huge homage to Erollisi for the most part!  I considered it an extension of the Plane of Love.  (I farmed the heck out of that zone for tons of house items).  I wonder what type of pet she'll get?  Maybe a little Stag?</p>

<p>Just speculation:</p><p>Erollisi is too popular to be replaced.</p><p>Erollisi is too tied into the destiny of her brother to be replaced.</p><p>Too much effort has been invested in the story line around her for the past 3-4 years for Erollisi to be replaced.</p><p>Therefore:</p><p>Erollisi will be returning in person,  (most probably through some quest on the part of players to return her) as one of the two mentioned godesses.</p><p>If Erollisi is retuning as I speculate above, then the other goddess that will show up is most likely to be Ullkorruuk as the Goddess of Betrayal to act as Erollisi's foil and nemisis</p><p><em><span style="font-size: xx-small;"> Edit:</span></em></p><p>One other thing, (again speculation).  The transformation of Erollisi into a Norrathain Artemis will continue, and will become her predominent identifying trait.  The Goddess of Love will eventually be a subordinate trait to the Goddess of the Hunt.  She will become the patron of rangers in much the same way that Mithaniel Marr is for paladins. (Just wild speculation of course) (did I mention that my main is a ranger?)</p>

No, that was Cros Treewind, a half-elf who shared in Holly's visions of protections, but was eventually killed off in a live event a couple years into the game.

<p>It's been a long time since I fought her in this game. I swear she shoots arrows when you fight her ghost, and her hits poison you. Now I'm gonna have to mentor down and find out...</p>
