having to wait for npc's and landscape to load

<p>I only have this problem on one of my comps, even my laptop with an intel extreme vcard runs the game np, the comp I'm having the problem with has 4g ram and radeon 4200, any place I go I have to wait for npc's to load, sometimes a few seconds sometimes 5 minutes, and after playing a while the landscape does the same, the game never crashes and I have little to no lag, I have played with settings and no matter the settings its the same results, this is more of a annoyance then a game stopper but if anyone knows a fix please help, and yes all my drivers are up todate</p>

<p>Let's cover the basics first.</p><p>Visit your video card manufacturer's website and download the latest drivers for your video card and operating system.</p><p>Once you have done so, update your DirectX 9 to the latest revision.  I've linked that below.  When you download the linked file and execute it, it will ask you where to extract to.  You can select any folder you know how to get to, such as a temporary folder on your desktop, and let it finish extracted.  Once done, open that folder and run the DXSETUP file to initiate that actual update.</p><p><a href="http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=8109" target="_blank">[DX9] June 2010</a></p>

<p>ok i have GeForce 6800 XT and eventhough i did download that directc9 jun2010 you linked and did run run it still says i have directx 11 so how do i get rid of directx 11 ? because just by running that other directx didnt do it  <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" /> </p><p>ok tried to run the directx9 again and now it says i already have it, but still when i do dxdiag it says i have the directx11 ... what did i do wrong ? ( and i checked in game i still have to wait for some things to load, while i have no lag)</p>
