Blue hiny bugged in Eastern wastes

<p>for the last 3 days some of the blue shinies are spawning about 2 inches off of the ground/cliff where ever they spawn at. Making it impossible to harvest.</p><p>since they are so few that spawn anyway can we get this fixed!</p>

No goggles needed, just to clearify and not confuse.  Unless I'm a total noob and don't know about Expert collections in EW, which is a possibility to be sure.</p>
