Character window? Sounds like you are using the older Launcher.Double check that it has a PAK folder in it. If so, download our latest LaunchPad below (the Full version) and select Install a New copy and direct it to your existing EQII folder. It should be a quick and simple transition to our new launchpad without having to re-download the game files.<a href="http://launch.soe.com/eq2/" target="_blank">[EQII] LaunchPad</a>
