Station all access help needed please

<p>I just signed up for the all access while eq2 servers were down. When o logged back in I didnt have my extra character slots, anyone know why? my credit card has already been billed so surely i should have the service im paying for?</p><p>Thanks</p>

<p>That's because All Access doesn't have extra character slots.</p>

If you had the original SA active at 29.95 a month the slots where retained, but if you just signed up for it there is no slot bonus anymore</p>
