Player relinquished a home - game read that as relinqueshed guild hall

<p>I'm leader of Bedlam on Oasis - we have 39 days on our rent for our guild hall.  This morning, one of our players used the housing portal to relinquish a home and the game read that as relinquish our guild hall.</p><p>Our guild hall no longer shows up on the Antonica bell - I cannot add rent to it even though the pay rent button is highlightable. If you leave the guild hall, you cannot come back-guild hall call no longer works. Some of us can't leave the guild hall at all, some can leave but not return.</p><p>We're filing petitions as this is a pretty major thing for all of us - but I thought I'd post here on the off chance someone would see it and help us too -- and also as a warning for other guilds! Warn your players not to relinquish any housing from the guild hall!</p><p>Thanks!!</p>

<p>He didn't have trustee or officer access actually.  But even if he did, relinquishing a HOME should not relinquish the GUILD HALL.  See the difference there?</p>

<p>That is definitely not good, but fixable.  Our GM's will assist you with the recovery.  I'll report that it was able to occur at all and see if I can reproduce it.  I'll use a dummy hall.  My actual Guild Leader would have a heart attack if it bugged out!</p>

<p>Thank you so much Josh!  Yeah - while it's not "game-breakin" it's definitely inconvenient and for a couple of us who have volunteered to be the cov people, we're stuck in the guild hall til it's fixed!</p>

<p>Okay, this is obviously still happening since I did it to my GH this morning. I only have friend access on all 12 of my characters who are in this guild.</p><p>The guild is Cypher on the Guk server and the GH is in Gorowyn. I am logged in there now as Diandra and will just hang out if there is a GM around who can fix it.</p><p>Might I suggest that someone post somewhere in big print, where EVERYONE might read it.? At least until the bug is fixed.</p>

<p>Same problem here so no one can access the hall, guild leader tried to petition but that gets stuck in game for some reason. ...On CB server, Majestic Fluff Muffins in SF..Guild leader at the door His name is Desedea..he's getting upset and no reply from a GM in chat yet. <p>First off, my apologies for getting back so late.  I was working Fan Faire and not in the office since last Wendesday.</p><p>As for these issues, these will be in-game issues for our GM's.  I cannot assist you with these other than to report that it occurred to our development team, which I have already done, but our GM's can absolutely review logs and such to get to the bottom of this and to provide a resolution to the issue.</p><p>Open an in-game petition as soon as possible.</p>

<p>thats good, especially since i offended you in the other thread.  what i said is true in that you help ppl feel like they are being heard.  /bug often seems a dead end, but that is not the case here.</p><p>fixing bugs are important to the game.  suggestions & ideas are important but bugs affect everyone and can make some ppl /ragequit so it is quite nice when you reply and let us know that you informed TPTB.  hope that makes sense.</p>

<p>Our dev team is fully aware of this and a fix is on it's way in an upcoming hotfix.  I do not know for certain if it made it in to tomorrows patch or not but if I can get that information I will post it here.</p><p>Once again, if you have been affected, open a petition to a GM for assistance in recovering your guild halls.</p>
