Regular out of memory crashes since the last patch about 4-5 in the last 6 hours - seems to be when bouncing around zones - Memory leak?

Let's find out why this is happening to you.

Would you please post your DXDIAG information? Top 3 sections, system/display/sound devices. You could also open a support ticket to attach your MSINFO file as it contains your windows error reporting and more information about the system itself.

You do not need to post your MSINFO file.

As for your out of memory issues, you may want to look over what else you have running in the background besides EQII and/or lower your graphical settings.

By default, a single application cannot use more then 2GB of memory. You have ample memory to handle a full load so the next step is identifying what else is consuming memory that EQII can't request up to it's alotted 2GB address space. Anything big and bulky running in the background may be consuming memory you would want available for EQII instead.

Earlier today I removed or disabled all non essential services, tasks and programs. When I launch the resource monitor says I have nearly 2.6GB of available memory. When I zoned from my GH to my home it crashed with the critical out of memory error tonight. It always does it while the hard drive sounds like its under a heavy load/read.

So I checked it again and it says:

2351 available, 1126 standby 1225 free. I can't seem to get back to the 2571 It was at when I first disabled everything.

*edit* I disabled super fetch and it became 2030 free 331 standby with 2361 available. I thought this was having a positive effect as I was able to play most of the day without any problems but then just a bit ago as I was zoning from the GH to my home, which is one of the most common times for this crash, it crashed. Critical error, out of memory.
