Applying code to account didnt work now it doesnt apply

<p>I applied the Dov to my account and it didnt take.  I am not sure if it did work and I just cant tell.  I dont have a credit card hooked up to the account, I am playing on the 45 free days and recently purchased the DoV expansion after playing for a couple days.  Please help on what to do.</p>
