Did servers actually come down / patch?

<p>I camped out my character on Crushbone just before the scheduled downtime.  I came back at 7:30pdt just to check and see and was suprised they were up. </p><p>My launcher didn't download anything new and so far I, nor anyone else according to /shout messages, have been able to locate the npc's for the new leaper/glider quests.</p>

The servers didn't come down, but all instances are closed.

<p>The game patch has not occurred yet as we are sorting out a LaunchPad 3 issue at the moment.  So far the plans are still to patch today but if that changes I will make a new thread to announce it.  I might not be told ahead of time.</p>
