<p>Is there any chance that the Profane Madness war rune can be looked at. Right now with a 3.1 proc chance trigger it is rarely is ever up for my Templar... this is with all out nuking / melee attack on a live mob or training dummy. Also, if this rune is meant to be the upgrade of the old Roehn Theer wrists, it should also proc off heals. The RT wrist proc was almost always up because heals could trigger it... being that Profane Madness is fighter / healer only, I would assume that it should have the same functionality. </p>
