CANNOT FIND CHARACTER Everfrost

<p>Cannot find Trenal on everfrost. Ive deleted the files, and cache files still doesnt matter. He appears on my screen, but when I try to select him it tells me he cannot be found and to rerun patcher.</p><p> My other characters appear to be fine. Just cannot find my Main level 90 toon-</p><p>Trenal on Everfrost</p>

<p>Looks like you are stuck in a Frozen Tundra match that has since ended.</p><p>You will need to open a petition with a GM in order to have you removed.  Visit our support site at <a href="http://www.soe.com/support" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.soe.com/support</a> and view your service history.  Once you reach the knowledge base it will have an in-game support tab to open a petition.</p>
