I have the streaming version of the game, and I'm having some issues. I have two accounts, I've been playing on the first one for a week or so and as far as I can tell everythings updated fully, but I still have terrible render lag when entering or returning to a zone - I never used to have that. Also, I logged into my second account today (on the same machine) and it says it has to download 9Gb again?? Help!

Just to add, I've just tried a raid. Again, huge render issues and lag. Also, now when I use the first acct it says it has 9Gb remaining.

Would you please post you DXDIAG information? Top 3 sections, system/display/sound devices.

Also, you can follow the instructions below to clear out any potentially corrupt cache files and reset configuration settings.

You may want to make backups and then delete the following files and folders:cache foldereq2_recent.inieq2_default.iniEverQuest2.exee q2.iniAs well as the character specific files, these will appear as such:Servername_CharacterName_EQ2_uisettings.iniSt ationname_characters.iniTo do this, please follow these directions:1. First look for your EverQuest II directory. You can find the default directory in (for Windows XP): C:Program FilesSonyEverQuest II (for Windows Vista/7): C:Program DataSony Online EntertainmentInstalled GamesEverQuest II (Or C:UsersPublicSony Online EntertainmentInstalled GamesEverQuest II)2. Click on MY COMPUTER and then proceed into local disk C:3. Navigate your way to the default directory, or your chosen installation directory.4. Next look for any files explained above and delete them. 5. Afterwards, please start EverQuest II to have these files re-downloaded by the patcher. If deleting these files does not resolve your issue, you can restore your backed up files and folders and retain your hotkeys, contact lists, and display settings.

Unfortunately you cannot convert the streaming iteration to any other as the streaming launchpad uses a unique file system to support its function.

It would be a fresh install to any other patch method.

Your system appears to be fine. There are newer video card drivers available and a possible DX9 update as well that I would like you to obtain. When running the DX9 update, it will ask you where to extract. Create a folder on your desktop and select it. Once extracted, browse to that folder and run the DXSETUP file to start the actual update. This is required even if you use DX10, 11, or any iteration of DX9

[DX9] June 2010

[Nvidia] Drivers 275.33 for Windows Vista: 32bit / 64bit
