I looked at my ui.log and it contained the following:

Couldn't load .xmlEncountered data outside of container tagsEncountered data outside of container tagsEncountered data outside of container tagsEncountered data outside of container tagsEncountered data outside of container tagsEncountered data outside of container tagsEncountered data outside of container tags

I don't know who wrote this log reporting function but it's pretty much useless. Uhm, what .XML file is it trying to load? Yes, I am using a Custom UI. Everything seems to work but apparently the game thinks it can't load something. Is there a more detailed log I am missing somewhere?

Thanks,

Is your custom UI up to date?

These errors aren't always an indication that something is broken. If everything included with the custom UI is loading fine and it isn't hindering your in-game functionality, I wouldn't worry about it. However, there is a log mode setting in the LaunchPad to get more information in them. By default it is set to minimal.

I use DrumsUI with EQ2MAPS and use both of their updaters with a few files set to ignore so that it uses the default ones. I set mine to Verbose in the LaunchPad settings several days ago but wouldn't that only effect what LaunchPad outputs and not EQ itself? Anyway, that's what was in this log file with the setting set to Verbose. I looked at my eq2ui_custom.xml file and everything that is referenced there seems to be present. Guess I'll just have to play computer and keep tracing .XML files down the food chain.

I would probably head over to the DrumsUI or EQ2Maps people to see if they have any input on it as well.

Can't offer too much help with the custom UIs.
