Unable to pick up loot

<p>I am unable to pick up treasure chests or any kind of chest for that matter, collectibles or quest items, although I can harvest materials.</p><p>When I go to collect a shiny, the collecting bar comes up and proceeds to fill the bar to 100% as if I would pick it up but does nothing.</p><p>This is happening on all my characters, how do I go about fixing this?</p>

<p>Are you using any custom UI's?  I would recommend making sure they are up to date or reverting back to the default UI (quickest way is to rename your UI folder to something like UI_old and relaunching the patcher).</p><p>There are some other steps we can take like updating your DirectX 9.0 revision to June 2010 (available below) and seeing if there is anything directly wrong with the character itself.</p><p><a href="http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=8109" target="_blank">[DX9] June 2010</a></p>

<p>I was able to pick up loot/collectibles this morning around 2am pst, and now today that i come back on, i am unable to pick up anything, on any of my characters.</p><p>I am using the default UI in addition to having the latest directx.</p>

<p>I downloaded and ran the file, it works, and so far so good as far as picking up loot.</p>

<p>I tried playing this morning around 1-2am PST, and much to my surprise I was unable to pick up loot.</p><p>This time I tried to group and have someone else pick up loot hoping it goes to lottery and to me, it didn't allow me to roll on anything.</p><p>What's the next possible solution, Josh?</p>

<p>Sry, didn't think you'd be responding over the weekend...</p><p>While grouped, no errors or anything came up, it was as if I had decline checked for all loot, so no rolling or any choice brought up for collecting loot/shinies. Likewise when soloing a chest can drop, I can open the chest or it shows graphically that the chest opens, but no option to collect loot comes up (no window appears). I'm trying to be as specific as I can.</p><p>I'll open a support ticket with the DXDIAG and MSINFO tomorrow.</p>
