<p><span ><p>Okay so i paid for 1 month on everquest 2 extended ( Account sub info says i have 1 month reoccuring GOLD subscription)</p><p>But i'm not sure if i'm even on the right server/version of game and i've been wasting my time.</p><p>Everytime i load my game client, it's always saying (12 days Left) as if it think's i'm on trial, which has got me thinking i'm not even on Everquest 2 extended.</p><p>Really confused about what version i should be on and if i have the right one or not.</p><p>My current character is on a server called Oasis, lvl 24.</p><p>edit/</p><p>My patcher looks like this.</p><p><a rel="nofollow" href="http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/339/everq.jpg/" target="_blank">http://imageshack.us/photo/my-image.../339/everq.jpg/</a></p><p>Why are those days ticking down? do i have the wrong version? -.-</p><p>I should be on Everquest 2 Extended (with my Gold Sub)</p><p>Don't plan on restarting, so i'll probably quit if this is the wrong ver, as my email purchase conformation sent me to this version, so not my fault =x</p></span></p>

<p>Yeah, the extended is Freeport server. You are playing on the paid sub version if you're on Oasis. One of the devs on here can probably help you get it ironed out.</p>

<p>I know this is the eq2 forums, but i figured id get an answer faster here, and telling me where the client is doesnt help.</p><p>I just want to know if my Everquest 2 Extended Gold sub is useless for my character on Oasis Server.</p><p>If so can i even get a refund, as it's there fault, the email sent me to download the version i currently have.</p><p>Or can my Extended sub simply be exchanged for the correct sub i need.</p>

<p>What they are trying to tell you is eq2 live and eq2 extended are 2 different games that use different clients, so your gold subscription doesn't work on eq2 live, which you are currently playing on. Hence why it says you have 12 days left. You need to download the client for extended. Oasis is a live server. Extended has one server called Freeport you need that server.</p>

Extended has one server called Freeport you need that server.</p></blockquote><p>Kinda stupid, the email they sent me for purchasing my extended sub told me to download The live server.</p><p>Now i've claimed all my goodies on the live server and spent my 750 station cash.</p><p>and it's there [Removed for Content] fault -.-</p><p>Now i gotta restart, i loose my goodies and my station cash and already lsot a few days off my sub.</p>

<p>You need to contact the right people. That is, customer service. Posting on this forum doesn't get you to customer service. It gets you to people who play the game, moderators, and game developers.</p><p><a href="http://www.soe.com/en/support/" target="_blank">SOE Customer Support</a></p>
Posting on the boards in the middle of the night isn't going to get you the answers you need. You're going to have to petition it or wait until support opens and contact them by phone or live chat. They can't deal with account queries on forums due to the nature of the information they need you to supply.

<p>As suggested, only Customer Service can give you more assistance with this. Freeport is the only server for Eq2X. They may be able to take your subscription that you paid on Eq2X and move it to the live game. It is the same cost in the end, but you will be playing on the "live" servers as in the original ones.
