Guild Hall went missing when relinquishing other house through the portal to player housing

<p>To put this simply, I was in our guild hall and I wanted to relinquish an old house I had no use for. I walk over to the portal to player housing and select the house I wanted to relinquish to go there. When I selected it, the message came up that upkeep was due and if I wanted to pay it. Since I was just wanting to relinquish it anyway, I said no and pressed the 'relinquish house' button. Next thing I know, I'm standing outside the guild hall and when I try to go back in it asks me if I want to buy instead of entering.</p><p>'Call to Guild Hall' no longer works and I'm afraid that everything in the hall is now lost. Does anyone know if there is a way to recover from this? I've already raised a ticket for the issue, but thought I'd check here as well.</p>

I've already raised a ticket for the issue, but thought I'd check here as well.</p></blockquote><p>The relinquish button reliquishes the housing you are currently IN , so you basically relinquished your guild hall yourself.</p><p>All you can do it petition and hope the GMs can recover your hall.</p>

<p>Actually, I thought about that possibility too. And if the house I was trying to relinquish had still been there, I would agree, but it too is gone. So, in essesnce, I relinquished two places with one mouse click.</p><p>As far as I have seen, when you are relinquishing a house, you are usually outside and on the entry screen where you have the options, 'Enter House', 'Pay Upkeep', or 'Relinquish House'. This was my situation and since the screen was directly pertaining to the other house in question, I didn't see the problem.</p>

<p>To wrap this up, I did petition and a GM was able to restore the guild hall.</p><p>I also really appreciate the speedy way in which this was resolved, from start to finish was about three hours. Thank you guys!</p>
