CHARACTER NOT FOUND in Everfrost

<p>Can't login in Everfrost server:</p><p>Message:   "The server could not find your character. Please exit and rerun the patcher"</p><p>Character:  Draltar</p><p>PM'ed  &  emailed support to no avail.</p><p>Please help.</p>

<p>It may have been related to the patch day but you did make the post an hour or so prior.</p><p>If this is still occurring, I do recommend deleting the <accountname>_characters.ini and the LoginCache or LoginCache-US folders from your Everquest II game folder.</p>
