<p>Everytime I run the game, the launcher always needs to download 63mb of something....I checked the .DownloadInfo file and here is what I get all the time...</p><p>**** Starting at Sun Jun 12 20:21:11 2011 with plug-in 1.0.3.151 ****1904-00:00:07:Replacing mozilla/components/xpti.datFinished downloading 32,253 bytes in 0.427 seconds (75,533 bytes per second)</p><p>**** Starting at Mon Jun 13 19:18:48 2011 with plug-in 1.0.3.151 ****1748-00:00:07:Replacing mozilla/components/xpti.datFinished downloading 32,253 bytes in 0.430 seconds (75,006 bytes per second)</p><p>I have no idea why it needs to keep replacing that file and it isnt any different than the one before.</p><p>I tried deleting the Mozilla folder, and letting it repatch the whole thing, but I am still getting this one stinkin file needing to download each and every time.</p><p>Any ideas?</p>

<p>Do you have any internet security type of applications running? If so, does it generate the same loops without it?</p>

<p>I use Microsoft Security Essentials, and I have the Sony folder, where everything resides, in the exclusion list. I also did try disabling it and still the same thing.</p><p>I have 2 computers, happens on both too.</p>

<p>We're not sending you a bad file but it's obviously bad when it gets there.</p><p>Can you please open a support ticket and attach your MSINFO file to it? PM me the incident number once you have done so. </p>

<p>I also did this on my laptop and seems I have the same issue there too, so it doesnt appear to be computer related on this end...maybe its the router doing something...dunno...if anything I will deal with it, just dont feel comfortable posting my personal computer info around, I guess im just odd <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>If you run in to technical issues we will not be able to help you with any problems without your DXDIAG or MSINFO, whichever we request as it pertains to the reported issue.</p>
